After
installing CoolDUCT program on AutoCAD, it will generate a
Product Key
for
Registration Code. You will have 30 days to try the program.
If you satisfy with the program, send us a cheque or pay directly into
our account. Pro-forma invoices can be issued where required.
Once your
payment has been received, we will ask you to email your
Product Keys
to us. Then, we will email the
Registration Codes to you to register
the program.
There are two payment options available to clients:
Cheque or money order:
Payment must be
in Australian dollars (AUD) drawn on an Australian bank, or you can send international
postal money orders in Australian dollars. Send the registration form and

When making a Direct Deposit / EFT,
ensure that the details of your account (i.e. your customer number or an invoice
number as well as your username) are recorded on the banks deposit slip or
Reference section for Internet Banking. Advice must be forwarded to our office
notifying us of the date and amount of the deposit. Include your customer
number or an invoice number as you did when making the deposit. You can send
an email notification to register@hvaccad.com.au.
Please allow at least 2 days for your
bank to clear your payment.

Australia has a Goods and Services Tax of 10%, which applies to software
sales. Australian residents will be charged the GST.
HVACCAD CAD SERVICES (ABN 21681556286) is registered for GST and Australian
companies will receive a tax invoice so that the GST paid can be claimed back
as a tax credit if the company is also registered for GST. Customers not
resident in Australia do not pay the GST.
